If you keep one resolution this New Year, let it be to get down to our various exercise classes and shake off those annoying few pounds that have a really bad habit of creeping up on all of us over the holidays!

Throughout the week, we run Buggy Fitness, Outdoor Bootcamps, Postnatal Pilates and Postnatal Yoga – all designed to help you to get back into shape following a baby, whilst also encouraging you to push your physical limits to get fit and tone up those muscles. The best thing about our fitness classes is you get to bring your baby along with you, so you get your exercise fix without having to arrange expensive childcare. The fact that you also get to meet new mums and have a real giggle at the same time is just a happy bonus!

For 2016, we’re thrilled that we have a new celeb trainer on board to take our Thursday morning Bootcamps. A post-natal specialist, Kathryn is one of our new recruits and will help to banish away those Christmas cobwebs!
